wait, a photo of someone in a gas-mask is illegal?

So to clarify, the CPS try to prove a photo of someone in a gas mask is illegal, as the person MIGHT die wearing one (odd they were so popular in WW2 then) yet causing someone to ACTUALLY die is not illegal.  That seems perfectly sane..

Interesting..  a policeman with a history of violence and various complaints, assaults an innocent bystander and causes them to die, and yet is found utterly innocent of anything.. yet here, the CPS are trying ever more
desperate attempts to make an innocent person guilty....  (including, after an incompetent attempt to view files on an email account, deciding that an image of someone in a gas mask was in breach of the Criminal Justice act as it could cause "serious harm" or death....!!!)
